Pensend's 3-step pipeline: Trend Scanner → Deep Writer → Broadcast

How Pensend's complete workflow turns a trend into published content across multiple platforms, step by step.

The most common problem for professionals who publish content isn't a lack of ideas. It's the friction between having an idea and turning it into something publishable.

Pensend is built around a three-step workflow that reduces that friction to a minimum: Trend Scanner, Deep Writer, and Broadcast. Each one solves a specific part of the problem.

Step 1 — Trend Scanner: what to publish

Before writing, you need to know what's worth writing about.

The Trend Scanner analyzes trends in your sector and returns a list of topics with potential, along with an editorial angle for each one. These aren't generic internet trends: you can choose from 17 specific categories (technology, finance, marketing, HR, legal, health, etc.) and the analysis focuses on what's happening in that niche.

Each result includes:

  • The topic or trend
  • Why it has potential right now
  • An angle to approach it from
  • The "heat level" (how relevant it is at this moment)

The goal is that in under two minutes you know exactly what to write about and where to start.

Step 2 — Deep Writer: writing the article

With the topic chosen, the Deep Writer generates a 600 to 900-word article in your voice.

This is where Pensend's voice profile comes in. If you've set up your Mi Voz (tone, audience, topics to avoid, writing samples), the Deep Writer uses that information as a base. The result isn't the average text of an article on that topic: it's calibrated to how you write.

The article streams word by word, so you can read it as it's being generated and edit it directly in the inline editor before continuing.

Once you have the article, you can:

  • Edit it directly in the editor
  • Regenerate specific sections
  • Copy it to publish on LinkedIn or your blog

Or continue to the next step.

Step 3 — Broadcast: adapting to all platforms

A 700-word article isn't the same as a 200-word LinkedIn post. Or a Twitter thread. Or a newsletter email. Or a TikTok script.

Broadcast takes the Deep Writer article and adapts it simultaneously to multiple formats:

  • LinkedIn: algorithm-optimized structure, with a strong hook and short paragraph format
  • Twitter/X: thread with the central idea broken down into tweets
  • Newsletter: more personal and extended tone, designed for subscribers
  • TikTok: script with a hook in the first 3 seconds and cut rhythm

Each adaptation preserves the tone and voice of the original. They're not summaries: they're reformats that leverage the conventions of each platform.

On the Creador plan you can publish to all platforms at once. On the Profesional plan, choose the one that matters most.

Why the workflow matters

The value of these three steps isn't just in each tool individually. It's that they're connected.

Without connection, the workflow would be: find trends (tool A) → write the article (Word, Google Docs, ChatGPT) → manually reformat for each network (manual process) → publish.

With Pensend, context travels from one step to the next. The angle you chose in the Trend Scanner informs the Deep Writer. The Deep Writer article feeds the Broadcast. No copying and pasting, no re-entering context at each step.

What it doesn't replace

Pensend doesn't replace your editorial judgment or your experience. The Trend Scanner gives you trends; you decide which one to pick. The Deep Writer generates a draft; you decide what to change. Broadcast produces adaptations; you decide which one to publish.

Pensend's positioning is that of a copilot: AI amplifies your ability to produce content, but you remain the author.
